Enugu Rangers Top NPFL
Enugu Rangers moved to top position in the Nigeria Professional Football League table following a slim 1-0 home win against Wikki Tourists in their match day five fixture at the Nnamdi Azikwe Stadium, Enugu on Saturday, reports Completesportsnigeria.com. Both sides struggled to carve out clear-cut opportunities before Aguda scrambled home in the 46th minute. Wikki fought hard to get back into the game in the second half, but the Flying Antelopes held on for their third win of the season. The Coal City side are yet to taste defeat in the Nigeria Professional Football League since their opening day loss to Kano Pillars. It was Wikki Tourists’ second defeat of the season.
