Wolves land Real's Vallejo
Wolves have secured their first signing of the summer with the arrival of Real Madrid defender Jesus Vallejo on a season-long loan.
Having enjoyed captaining Spain to glory in the Under-21 European Championships, the 22-year-old has now completed his move to Molineux for the 2019-20 Premier League season.
The former Real Zaragoza starlet moved to the Santiago Bernabeu back in 2015 and will now get a chance to continue his development in the rigors of the English top flight.
Wolves' Jonny Otto will already be familiar with the new arrival after the duo previously played together on seven occasions for Spain's under-21s.
Vallejo will be available for Wolves second leg against Crusaders in Europa League qualifying, having been present in the stands as his new side beat the Belfast outfit 2-0 in the first leg on Thursday.
Wolves are building towards their opening game of the Premier League season when they make the trip to King Power Stadium to take on Leicester City on 11th August.
Nuno's side are 21/10 to win, 11/5 to draw and 13/10 to lose to the Foxes.
