Wissa moves level with Nonda and Mputu in DR Congo scoring chart

Yoane Wissa has moved into the top three of the Democratic Republic of Congo’s all-time leading scorers after continuing his impressive run for the Leopards.

The Newcastle forward scored against Zimbabwe in the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers, taking his international tally to 14 goals. That takes him level with Shabani Nonda and Tresor Mputu in third place on the national team’s scoring list.
