Remo Stars' captain, Junior Nduka, underscores the Christmas spirit of love and kindness following a generous gesture by the Nigeria Premier Football League team, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

The management and players of the team were seen gifting the fans and people in their community foodstuffs, leavening smile on the faces of the people.

Nduka emphasizes the team's dedication to reviving acts of compassion, particularly directed towards the vulnerable members of the community.

“It’s a season of love and kindness, and we’ve chosen to seize this moment to extend our hands of love to our fans and the community who’ve been with us throughout the year,” he told the club’s media.

“They bought tickets and cheered for us, and we are sincerely grateful for such gestures.”

Remo Stars will square with Heartland at the Dan Anyiam Stadium on Thursday.
