Following their 5th loss of the season which makes it seemingly impossible for them to book a place in the super six, Shooting Stars SC coach Gbenga Ogunbote believes his side could have gotten a different results had they convert their chances, Nigeriasoccernet.com can report.

Shooting Stars fell to a 1-0 defeat on Saturday in the hands of Nasarawa United who are battling for survival.

"I think it was a bad one for us," Ogunbote said post match.

"We wasted some beautiful chances.

"Forget about the position Nasarawa United presently occupy, they are a very good side. Unfortunately, this is part of the game.

"We will switch focus to another away game, and shall see what we can get out of it," the Oluyole Warriors gaffer concluded.

A Shooting Stars travel to Benin on Sunday for their matchday 17 encounter before hosting Enyimba in their final matchday a week later.
