After a thrashing AS Garde of Niger 5-0 in their first game and an emphatic 3-0 victory over Hasaacas Ladies of Ghana to reach the semi final, the Benin City side put the icing on the cake with a 1-0 win.

Joy Jerry's 41 minute goal was all the Nigerian side needed to complete a third consecutive win in the tournament taking place in Cote D'Ivoire.

Edo Queens who garnered nine points finished top of group B will face Inter D’Abidjan in a highly anticipated semi-final clash on Tuesday.

Joy Jerry who has goals to her name in the tournament so far was named the player of the match after final whistle.
