Coach of Young Pharaohs of Egypt Mahmoud Gaber alongside his players have set their sights on beating the Flying Eagles on Nigeria today, Nigeriasoccernet.com can report.

Host Egypt played out a goaless draw with Mozambique in the opening fixture of the tournament, however they have today's game to get themselves back on track when they face group A bottom team, Nigeria.

Speaking ahead of the game, Gaber having a strong believe in his squad believes this is their game.

“We are focusing now on the Nigeria clash and will do better than against Mozambique.

‘’Our target is to win tomorrow (Wednesday) and we will do our best to achieve the target.”

“Players promised me to win against Nigeria and I am fully confident in my players," he said.

Egypt U20 will tackle Nigeria U20 today Wednesday 22nd February, 2023 at the Cairo International Stadium.
