Transfers: Rivers United sign another Ghanaian forward

Nigeria Professional Football League outfit Rivers United have signed Mohammed Shiraz from Nigeria National League side, City Football Club of Abuja, Nigeriasoccernet.comreports.

The signing of Shiraz takes Rivers United’s Ghanaian players four as the club have already Seidu Mutawakilu, Emmanuel Ampiah and Paul Acquah.

With the Pride of Rivers still three major competitions for the year. Shiraz is expected is to be an instant hit for the team.

Stanley Egunma-led side will take on Enugu Rangers in a rescheduled NPFL matchday eight encounter on Wednesday.
