Scottish League side, Rangers have placed a £4.5m valuation on their Nigerian striker Cyriel Dessers amidst transfer speculations, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

matching the fee they paid to sign him from Cremonese last summer.

The 29-year-old is likely to depart the Gers this summer, with interests from Greece and Saudi Arabia.

Greek side PAOK, who played both Hearts and Aberdeen in Europe last season, have already shown an interest and some reports even suggesting they were in advanced talks with the Nigerian.

Despite scoring 22 goals for Rangers in all competitions last season, Dessers faced criticism for his performances and perceived wastefulness in front of goal.

Rangers signed the striker just 12 months ago from Italians Cremonese, paying £4.5million to acquire his services. And it's understood they would be looking to bring in the same amount to let him move on again this summer.
