TRANSFERS: PSG snubs Real Madrid despite €200M bid for Mbappe

According to Fabrizio Romano of The Guardian, Kylian Mbappe will not join Real Madrid this summer after Paris Saint-Germain failed to reply to the Spanish club's €200-million bid on Tuesday morning.
According to Sky Sports' Kaveh Solhekol, Real Madrid are likely to reach a pre-contract agreement with Mbappe in January, allowing them to take the French striker on a free transfer when his PSG contract ends in June 2022.
According to Romano, PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi was adamant about keeping the 22-year-old until at least January. However, by doing so, he has exposed the club to the risk of losing Mbappe for nothing. Les Parisiens owe AS Monaco €180 million in compensation for Mbappe's four-year move.
PSG manager Mauricio Pochettino now has the option of using all three attackers as the team attempts to achieve its major goal of winning the Champions League. The French team's European season begins on September 15 against Club Brugge, with Manchester City and RB Leipzig rounding out the group.
