The Veteran Super Falcons defender, Onome Ebi, has been released by her Spanish Club side, Levante Las Planas, after four months with the Club.

The 39 years old player was let off after an unimpressive performance that saw her play just once for the club.

Onome after her exit from her former club Minsk FC Belarus, signed as a free agent during summer with Levante Las planas.

She has been struggling with fitness, since suffering hamstring injury during Nigeria’s Africa Women’s Championship semi-final clash against Morocco in July 2022.

Onome Ebi will be hoping to rediscover her form quickly with the Super Falcons camp for the FIFA Women’s World Cup set to open in February.
