Nigerian midfielder Raphael Onyedika has given his consent to a potential move to Turkish Super Lig champions Galatasaray, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

Galatasaray has courted the 24-year-old Club Brugge star for two years, and has now told the Turkish giants he's open to joining them in January if a deal can be reached with his current club.

Club Brugge are expected to demand around €25m for Onyedika, while Galatasaray values him at €15m.

Transfer talks are ongoing, with Galatasaray also linked to another Nigerian star, Ademola Lookman.

Onyedika joined Club Brugge in 2022 and has been a key player, helping the team win the Belgian Pro League title and Belgian Cup.

Galatasaray manager Okan Buruk sees Onyedika as a priority signing to bolster their midfield.
