Tottenham Hotspur Hope to Clinch Signing of Long-Term Everton Target Before US Tour

Tottenham Hotspur are set to try and complete the signing of Ross Barkley before they leave for their pre-season tour of the US this week. However, according to the Mirror they have told Everton chiefs that they will not pay the £50m that has been placed on Barkley's head. The North London club believe that his value is closer to £30m.
