English-born Ghanaian starlet Tarique Fosu Henry came off the bench to mark his debut for Reading FC as they posted a 3-0 win over Derby County at the iPro Stadium in the English Championship on Saturday.

The 19-year-old attacking midfielder stepped onto the pitch to replace injured Jack Stacey on the half-hour mark and he overly impressed in the period he lasted.

In the 47th minute, he pushed Reading close to a 2-0 lead when he darted a fizzed drive that Derby keeper Grant could only palm to the ground before making a second-time grab.

In the 72nd minute he went in search of goal once as he sent in a curler which was tipped over the bar by Grant.

But the pressure added Fosu's presence told as Reading claimed the second goal after a short series of goal-mouth melee. After the goal he continued his perpetual harassment of the host defence.
