Ghana winger Andre Ayew cannot wait to face his little brother in the Premier League after the brothers signed for English top-flight sides this summer.

Jordan, 23, joined Aston Villa on Monday, just a few weeks after big brother Andre signed for Swansea.

The pair have already faced each other in the French top-flight, as well as playing as team-mates for Marseille.

They will lock horns when the Swans travel to Villa Park at the end of October.

“It is great, it is a dream for both of us to have the opportunity to play in the Premier League,” said 25-year-old Andre.

“I had heard it was a possibility but I did not know if it was going to happen.

“But Jordan is a good player and he will do good things and it will be exciting for sure if we get to play against each other.”

The two brothers are from a huge football family in Ghana as their father Abedi Pele is a three-time African Footballer of the Year award winner.
