After hours of waiting at the airport due to a “system malfunction”, the Super Eagles have now cleared entry procedures into Libya, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

However, they now have to wait for buses to arrive at the airport before beginning their about 4-hour road trip to Benghazi for Tuesday’s game.

The Eagles were held and left stranded at the Al-Abraq airport after 8 hours of arriving in Libya.

The return fixture of the 2025 AFCON Qualifier is slated for Tuesday in Benghazi.
