"?Sevilla and Spain winger Vitolo has revealed Liverpool left-back Alberto Moreno is eager for a reunion between the pair at Anfield.

Vitolo and Moreno played together at Sevilla during the 2013-14 season, when the club finished fifth in La Liga and won the Europa League, before Moreno joined Liverpool later in 2014.

While the Spaniard hasn't convinced during his stay in the Premier League with Liverpool - where is currently second choice to James Milner - Vitolo has revealed a possible reunion could be on the cards in the future.

"I was upset for him because we were very close here. I think Liverpool have a special player for many years to come. He's still young," Vitolo told the "?Daily Mail when asked about Moreno.

"He tells me it would really suit me. Liverpool is a great club with a lot of history. One day I would like to try a league like the Premier League. Let's see what happens.

"When I was a kid on the Canary Islands, we followed the fortunes of Manchester United and Liverpool. There are a lot of great teams in England."

Vitolo has been in exceptional form so far this season, notably scoring in Sevilla's recent win over Barcelona, and arrives in England ahead of Spain's game against the Three Lions at Wembley having scored three goals in his past four games for his country.

"Wembley is special. It's symbolic not just of English football but of football itself. This call-up to the Spain team is extra special because it gives me the chance to play there against England."
