Super Eagles winger Chidera Ejuke has been permitted to seek a new club this summer, with Spanish side Sevilla prepared to sanction his departure during the ongoing transfer window, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

The La Liga club is reportedly willing to sell the Nigerian international for a fee between €4 million and €5 million as it looks to reshape its squad ahead of the new season.

Ejuke missed Sevilla's training sessions on Monday and Tuesday due to administrative issues, although the situation is expected to be resolved in the coming days.

With his contract running until 2027, the 27-year-old has attracted interest from several clubs across Europe, including Bundesliga champions Bayer Leverkusen and Belgian giants Anderlecht.

However, reports suggest that a move to the Middle East is currently the most likely outcome, with clubs from Saudi Arabia, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates all monitoring his situation.

The financial incentives on offer in the region are believed to be a major attraction, with Ejuke expected to earn significantly more than his current wages should he complete a switch.

Sevilla are now awaiting suitable offers for the winger as they look to finalise his future before the close of the summer transfer window.
