Chidera Ejuke has been honored as Sevilla’s Jugador Castore Player of the Month for September following his outstanding performances for the La Liga club, Nigeriasoccernet.com writes.

The Nigerian winger played a crucial role for the Rojiblancos throughout the month, showcasing his skill and impact on the pitch.

The 26-year-old was instrumental in Sevilla's attack, scoring one goal in five league appearances under head coach Garcia Pimienta. His highlight performance came on September 24, when he scored the decisive goal in a 2-1 victory against Real Valladolid, securing three vital points for his team.

Ejuke, who joined Sevilla on a free transfer during the summer transfer window after parting ways with Russian side CSKA Moscow, has quickly established himself as a key player in the squad. His consistent form and contributions have also earned him a call-up to the Nigerian national team for the double-header 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifying matches against Libya this Friday in Uyo and next Tuesday in Benina.
