Milan are determined to finalize a loan extension for Real Madrid midfielder Brahim Diaz - according to AS.

The Blancos are ready to allow the 21-year-old to head back to San Siro for another year, but the Rossoneri are pushing for a €25 million (£21m/$30m) purchase option to be included in the deal.

Diaz made 27 Serie A appearances in his first loan spell at Milan, providing four goals and three assists to help them secure a runners' up finish.
