SERIE A - Jack Wilshere trains with Italian team Como

Former Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere is now training with Como of Italy's second tier.
Wilshere has been a free agent since Bournemouth dismissed him at the conclusion of last season, and a chat with Como CEO Dennis Wise triggered his transfer to Italy.
"Everyone knows my situation in England where I'm free so it's difficult in training on my own so Dennis kindly invited me out to beautiful Como to train with the team," Wilshere said Tuesday. "I feel good. It feels nice to be in the sun, in a nice place with good players so I feel good."
"It's good to be around a team, a new team for me. A new environment. Somewhere where I feel I can express myself and I can almost have a clean start," Wilshere said. "Because in England it’s sometimes difficult to find a club.
Wilshere is unavailable to Como since Serie B clubs are not permitted to sign players from outside the European Union. However, the 29-year-old former England international is hopeful that the transfer would help him resurrect his career.
