As reported on AC Milan official website, Rossoneri squad were hard at work on a Sunday, as they met for breakfast at Milanello this morning before the day's work commenced. Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara were also present to observe the session.

REPORT - The group began work in the gym as they activated their muscles, before heading out onto the pitch to complete the warm-up with various possession drills. The team then played an in-house friendly with mixed teams with the Primavera (three halves of 15 minutes). On Monday, October 11, the team will have a rest day tomorrow. The return to training is set for the afternoon of Tuesday 12 October.
