Ruben Amorim explains decision to take charge of Milan

Milan head coach Ruben Amorim says he had not originally planned to return to management and had intended to take a break before agreeing to lead the club.

Amorim revealed his plans at a news conference ahead of Milan’s Europa League meeting with Benfica.

The match will take place on 16 September. Amorim has previously spoken about his ambition to win the Europa League.
