Reds switching off concerns Kurz
Coach Marco Kurz has urged Adelaide United to be mentally sharper in defence, after they beat Brisbane Roar 2-1 at Coopers Stadium.
The Reds have now won two in a row, thanks to a brace from Ben Halloran who bagged his first goals since joining the club.
But Kurz was somewhat concerned that his team were switching off after attacks, leaving themselves vulnerable at the back to John Aloisi's side.
The German coach said: "I think I was happy with our chances but after the chances you must switch on and go very quickly into the defensive shape. After our big chances, Brisbane also had direct big chances and we must be better.

"In the game our best defending was good, but if we had a big chance and then they had a goal-kick, I think five seconds later they had a big chance. And that can't happen and we must do that much better in the future."
The win moved United up to second in the table, having picked up nine points from their last four games.
They must now travel to defending champions Melbourne Victory, though, and Kurz has urged the players to learn from their mistakes against the Roar so they can curtail Victory's chances.
He was delighted with the goals from Halloran, who joined in pre-season on a two-year contract.
The six-cap Socceroo had mainly played as a midfielder in his previous three seasons with German side Heidenheim, but Kurz felt he would do well playing in a more advanced role.
"It was our idea to bring him as a striker because he's very quick, he's fast and he's strong against the strong boys from Brisbane," said the coach. "And I'm happy that our idea was good enough and that he scored two goals."
United are 13/5 to win their next game against Melbourne Victory, who are 10/11 with the draw 11/4.
Adelaide are 12/1 to win the game 1-0.
