Casemiro's two goals earned Real Madrid a 2-1 victory over Sevilla, which saw them rise to the top of La Liga on Saturday.
The match saw Julen Lopetegui return to the Bernabeu, where he was sacked midway through last season and thought he had seen his side take the lead through Luuk de Jong, only for VAR to intervene.
Casemiro opened the scoring on 57 minutes before De Jong scored a legitimate goal on 64 minutes. However, Casemiro ensured Madrid took all three points with a second 21 minutes from time.
