Ghana defender Rashid Sumaila’s quest to win the Kuwaiti league was given a major boost after his side recorded another convincing 5-0 win over Al Sahel.

Sumaila, who is yet to miss a game for the Kuwaiti side since joining them last January was again influential in cleaning up all loose ball to ensure his side came up good at the back.

First half Goals from Bader Al Motawa, Faisal Mohammed and Daniel Sobotic gave Qadsia 3-0 lead in the first half.

The second half still saw Qadsia dominate with Mohammed and Faisal popping up to get a goal each and put the results beyond doubt.

The win see Qadsia main their third spot on the league log and still retain the hope of toppling leaders Al Arabi.
