Nigeria's Rasheedat Ajibade recorded a goal for Athletico de Madrid Femenino as they thrashed Valencia in the Spanish Women's League on Sunday, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

The Super Falcons forward contributed her side's emphatic win with the third goal at the Wanda Alcalá de Henares Sports Center.

Maitane had given the home side the lead in the 20 minute, giving them the lead till the end of the first half, but Valencia replied in the 50th minute through Fiamma to make it 1-1.

Eva Navarro scored from the box three minutes later to restore Madrid's lead before Ajibade made things comfortable for the Host in the 53rd minutes.

Ajibade would cut back on the front line and put together a powerful low shot that hit the post, impossible for Morché, 3-1.

Lucía Moral made it four two minutes later as Kerlly Real reduced the deficit to make it 4-2.

Lucía Moral restored the three goal lead while Bárbara completed the rout in the 79th minute.

Athletico de Madrid next match will be against FC Barcelona at the Johan Cruiff, on Saturday, April 15.
