The Turkish side Boluspor, has announced the signing of Nigerian forward Rasheed Akanbi to a two-year contract, according to Nigeriasoccernet.com.

The 25-year-old parted ways with FC Sheriff in the Moldovan Super League in early July after he scored 32 goals in 82 appearances over two years.

He began his professional career with Menemenspor in 2020, playing for  Menemenspor and Kocaelispor in Turkey before transferring to Moldovan side Sheriff Tiraspol.

Throughout his career, Akanbi has also played in the UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League, and UEFA Europa Conference League.

He has since started training with the club after his move on Monday.
