30-year-old Alexandre Lacazette has been linked to a move away from the Gunners, with Roma being one of the clubs speculated to get him. The Giallorossi have however initiated talks with Chelsea’s Tammy Abraham, with only personal terms of agreement yet to be confirmed by the player.

Lacazette’s agent has negated any links or talks with Roma regarding the player’s interest.

Speaking to LaRoma24, he commented: "No, there are no ongoing negotiations in progress with Roma for Lacazette. I have not had any contact with (Roma director of sport) Tiago Pinto."
