Politano arrives to complete Roma medical

Matteo Politano has touched down in Rome ahead of completing his move from Inter to Roma.

The winger is set to join the Giallorossi and is undergoing his medical in the Italian capital on Wednesday afternoon.

Politano will return to Roma, where he came through as a youngster, while Leonardo Spinazzola will move north to Inter in return.

The 26-year-old has found playing time hard to come by at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza under Antonio Conte.

Although he’s made 11 Serie A appearances this season he has only been able to manage 257 minutes, with 62 more coming in four Champions League outings.
