Paul Robinson: Manchester United’s poor run leaves Carrick successor search difficult

Former English goalkeeper Paul Robinson says it could be difficult for Manchester United to find a replacement for Michael Carrick, with the club’s winless run now stretching to eight matches.

“Nobody will want to deal with Manchester United,” Robinson said while discussing Carrick’s future as manager.

Manchester United suffered another setback in their latest fixture, losing 3-0 at home to Bournemouth. The result leaves the club with seven points after eight Premier League matches, placing the Red Devils 17th in the table.
