With a number of injuries in the midfield, Craig Burley examines how Man United might cope when they visit CSKA Moscow. Shaka Hislop says Jose Mourinho should stop complaining about the weather and be happy with United's win at Southampton. As Manchester United fans revel in the rumours surrounding Antoine Griezmann, Steve Nicol argues those stories could unsettle the players.

Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho has said that Paul Pogba is now facing longer than expected on the sidelines.

Pogba, 24, injured his hamstring in the 3-0 Champions League win against Basel on Sept. 12 and has not featured for United since.

Sources told ESPN FC that a decision was set to be made this week over whether the midfielder would require surgery.

Speaking at a news conference ahead of United's Premier League game against Crystal Palace on Saturday, Mourinho said: "He's injured, he cannot play tomorrow and it's not an injury that I can have the hope like I have with [Antonio] Valencia or [Phil] Jones.

"I have the hope to see them in training and to have a positive answer, so long-term injuries I don't speak about them.

"So Ibra [Zlatan Ibrahimovic] and Pogba and [Marcos] Rojo, these players I don't think about them."
