Banyana Banyana defender, Noko Matlou, asserts South Africa's readiness to secure Olympic Games spot, aiming to outshine Super Falcons in crucial qualifier clash, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

Matlou emphasized their recent dominance over Nigeria, stating, "We played Nigeria a few times, and we won the last four games we played against them - favour is on our side, we will do well against Nigeria."

Expressing optimism, she added, "I believe we have a chance to qualify for the Olympics, I do believe we will qualify."

South Africa, current holders of the Women's African Cup of Nations title, seek to build on their success in Morocco 2022.

Recall South Africa coach, Desiree Ellis had eairlier said the the battle against Nigeria is a “do or die” affair.
