The newly appointed team manager of Osun United Bayo Adeshina says the structure on ground is well nurtured and the team can build on it for success.

Bayo Adeshina fondly called Elewele, in his remark while addressing the players and coaches of Omoluabi Giants in Fountain University, the training ground of the team noted that he's pleased with the current squad filled with talents, capable of delivering silverware to the state.

"There's an improvement in the way this squad play, I have been watching them from afar, kudos must be given to management team and players for the success recorded so far. I am proud of you all being fantastic as ever.

"We need to motivate the guys, it's not over for us yet. We shouldn't let down the state. As usual, the team must be focused in order to deliver the mandate, it's never too late, we have to be optimistic looking into the future."

Adeshina who took over from Kabiru Adekunle during his playing days starred for NEPA FC, 3SC, Ebonyi Angels, Prime FC, one time invitee of Nigeria Flying Eagles during Tunde Disu's era. He also boasted experience in the dugout having managed both Osun Utd and Osun Babes in time past.

Bayo Adeshina promised to offer his best taking up the new role, having seen it all and understand the terrain. "I will work with the existing structure and ensure that my best is delivered, anytime any day.

Meanwhile, Akin Maxwell Makinde, the club chairman has backed and felicitates with Bayo Adeshina, over the new role, he urged him to bring his well garnered expertise into the fore. "He's qualified for the role, a true professional, his know-how will be needed in our quest for next level," Maxwell assured.
