Osimhen misses Napoli's training
Super Eagles talisman, Victor Osimhen was again missing from Napoli's training as they prepare for the final game of the 2023/24 Italian Serie A season against Lecce, Nigeriasoccernet.com gathered.
In the trainig held on Monday afternoon, the players were seen working hard on pitch one, kicking off with warm-ups and aerobic drills. They also followed that with possession drills and a small-sided game to finish off.
While the players intensified preparation for the final league game against Lecce at 18:00 CEST at the Stadio Maradona, Victor Osimhen spent the session in the gym. The Super Eagles man have spent sometimes on the sidelines this season due to injuryn and may no miss the team's last game of the season.
Osimhen is expected to lead Nigeria out against South Africa and Benin Republic during next month's World Cup qualifiers as the team seek for their first win in the qualifiers.
