Osaguona Ighodaro has turned down a move to United Arab Emirates club Al Khaleej Sports & Cultural Club and has said that he would love to join a European team or nothing if he departs Raja Casablanca.

The second-tier club had made an offer of $250,000 (N87.5 million) net as total package for the Super Eagles striker for him to pen a one-year contract of which $50,000 will be paid as agency commission.

Ighodaro would have pocketed $50,000 net as upfront money with the balance $150,000 net spread over the course of the season as monthly wages.

He pulled the plug on the deal because he does not want to play in the second-tier and still has plans to earn a recall to the Super Eagles.

The 25-year-old has been linked with a possible move to Swedish side Kalmar before the close of the transfer window.
