Ojo: I’m Learning At Liverpool
Liverpool's England Nigerian-born winger, Sheyi Ojo says he is undergoing a learning process with the club and believes he still has a lot to learn.
Despite gaining a handful of first team outings of recent, Ojo says he will not be carried away by praise from The reds’ manager, Jurgen Klopp.
The 19-year-old winger has sparingly featured this season, but has impressed in the 11 games he has played for the Liverpool first team this season.
Klopp described Ojo as “wonderful” after the 2-0 home win over Watford, but the youngster is staying modest and insists he still has a lot more to learn to improve.
The youngster went on to state that playing for Liverpool has been good for him, adding that he will keep doing well if he keeps getting the opportunities.
“I’ve always believed that if I was given the opportunity then I would be able to play at this level and to play well. (However), even if I were to play amazing, there are always more things I could still do. I can always play better.
“Whenever I reflect on games, I’m always trying to improve and trying to figure out what I can do more for the next game to come.
“Obviously to play for such a big club like Liverpool at my age is very good and I’m grateful for how things have gone,” Ojo told Liverpool’s website.
