OFFICIAL - Real Madrid young talent acquired by Santos

As announced on the club's Twitter account, Santos have acquired Real Madrid's Augusto Galvan.
The offensive midfielder arrives to the Brazilian giants on a one-year loan, until June 2022. Real Madrid acquired the player in 2017 from Sao Paulo, when Galvan was a young 17-year old promise, for a 3M Euros transfer fee. The blancos beat the interest of other clubs for him, namely Manchester City, Hamburg and Red Bulls Salzburg.
Despite all the promise, he hasn't been able to make his debut for Real yet, and instead has gone on loan to other Spanish clubs in the lower divisions in Real Madrid Castilla, Deportivo Leonesa and Las Rozas. In his first statement as a new Santos player, Galvan said: "The happiness of being here is immense. Since I was a child I saw my idols play for Santos, and now being a 'Menino de Vila' is priceless."
