Official, Colombian international winger to play for Pachuca

In a video published on their official Twitter account, Pachuca, through the words of former Colombian defender and long-time club mainstay Aquivaldo Mosqueda, officially welcomed winger Yairo Moreno to Los Tuzos.

Moreno, who is a regular in the Colombian National Team, joins Pachuca after having spent three years with Leon, where he became a key piece on the wing for los Panzas Verdes. He won a title in 2020 with them, scoring the decisive goal in the final.

Speculation further suggest that Moreno's signing could mean Erick Aguirre's departure from the club; Aguirre has been linked with a handful of Mexican clubs in the last few days, mainly Chivas.
