Nigeria striker, Odion Jude Ighalo was on the score sheet to lead Al Hilal to a comfortable home win on Sunday, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

His two goals in the first half was all the reigning champions of the Saudi Arabia Pro League needed to get victory over Al Khaleej in Riyadh.

The Nigerian scored a beauty to give his side the lead. He controlled a pass from his teammate, beat his marker and strikes the ball with his left foot at the back of the net in the 39th minute.

He got his second  and the Host's second at the dead of half time from the spot as he converts the penalty kick nicely in the 45 + 6 minutes of the time.

Ighalo who was substituted in the 86th minute for S. Shehri now has 14 goals to his account making him the second top scorer in the league.

The win keeps Hilal fourth with 42 points, 8 points adrift of the top team after playing 20 games.
