Obed Ansah lashes out at Hearts' unfair treatment, blames them for career decline
Ex-Hearts midfielder Obed Ansah has lashed out at the unfair treatment meted out to him by the club and says he will blame them if his career ends prematurely.
The 28-year-old is battling a knee injury which has kept him out of action for close to a year.
The former Ghana Under-17 box-to-box midfielder left the club last year after being deemed surplus to requirement.
Ansah feels bitter about the manner he was treated by the club and says he will blame them for the injury calamities befalling him.
“They [Hearts] have treated me unfairly. I delve my Heart out to play for them but after I got injured they ignored me,” he Happy fm.
“I think this is really unfair. I have stayed in the house for more than eight months and because I was injured they excluded me from their squad for this season” .
“It is very hurting when you play for a club with all your heart and they turn their back on you at a point you needed them most”.
“For me I will blame them if my career comes to an end. I received several offers from clubs that I don’t want to mention but because of the love I had for the club I decided to stay”.
He was touted as one of the finest talents to have emerged from the African country but persistent injuries have rocked his rather fine career.

The board and management of Hearts Of Oak should call Obed Ansah and settle matters with him. He had really help our great Oak tree.
