Nigeria's Anthony Nwakaeme could not help his side avoid defeat in the Saudi Pro League matchweeek 28 as they fell 3-1 away from home to Al Nassr on Friday, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

Sadio Mane scored a brace and missed a penalty as Al Nassr grabbed three goals late in the second half to secure a 3-1, come-from-behind victory against Al Fayha at Al Awwal Park.

Nwakaeme assist came in the 6th minute after a one-two with Fashion Sakala who burst into the penalty area and made no mistake in burying the ball into the bottom corner for his 14th goal of the RSL campaign.

The host had the opportunity to restore parity 5 minutes to the end of the first with a penalty after Ghislain Konan handled the ball in the area, but Mane stepped up and hit the ball above the bar.

Nwakaeme could have double the lead, but his effort early in the second half ricocheted the post to give relief to the home fans.

Abdulelah Al Amri equalled score on 72 minute before Mane's volley on 76 and his individual goal on 82 minute wrapped up the win over Al Fayha who were later reduced to 10 following a red card shown to goalscorer Sakala after pushing Otavio on 88 minute.

Al Nassr stay second with 68 points while Al Fayha are 11th with 35 points after the result.
