NPFL: Remo Stars secure late win to finish year top of the log
Remo Stars Sporting Club will stay top of the Nigeria Premier Football League log following their win in the last game of the year over challengers, Lobi Stars, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.
Late goals from Sikiru Alimi and Olamilekan Adams sealed a 2-0 win over the Markudi based side for the Sky Blue Stars at the Remo Stars Stadium on Thursday.

Alimi, a minute into additional time scored his 10th goal of the season with a glancing header from the assist of Olamilekan Adams.

With the win, put Remo Stars top after 15 matches on 29 points, a point better than Doma United who are second and 3 points ahead of Lobi Stars who are third.
