Enugu Rangers will seek to consolidate their leadership position in the Nigeria Professional Football League when they confront Lobi Stars at the Nnamdi Azikwe Stadium, Enugu on Saturday.

The Flying Antelopes who are looking to win their first title in 32 years top the table with 46 points, two more than second-placed Wikki Tourists who will also host Abia Warriors at home on Saturday.

The Bauchi-based side are without a win in their last four games in the NPFL. Third-placed Rivers United will tackle Sunshine Stars in Akure.

The home side's seven-game unbeaten streak was ended last weekend by Nasarawa United  who beat them 3-0. At the Sani Abacha Stadium, Kano Pillars will entertain MFM FC of Lagos.

The hosts lost 2-1 against Enyimba last weekend, while MFM enjoyed a 2-0 win against Heartland. In Oweri, Heartland and FC IfeanyiUbah will do battle in the Oriental derby.

Relegation threatened Heartland  beat Enyimba two weeks ago for their first derby win of the season and must garner three points in this game to boost their survival hopes.

Defending champions Enyimba are away to Plateau United on Sunday at the Rwang Pam Stadium, Jos, while Shooting Stars will entertain Niger Tornadoes at the Lekan Salami Stadium, Ibadan.

Basement side Ikorodu United who are still without a win under Dutch coach Theo de Jong will be up against Nasarawa United at the Onikan Stadium, also on Sunday.

The visitors are yet to pick a point on their travels this season. Warri Wolves and Akwa United will clash in the weekend's last fixture.
