Come this Sunday it will be another clash to remember at the New Jos Stadium as Lobi Stars in their adopted home host newly promoted, Bayelsa United in the Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL Match Day four clash, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

It will be a tie between a team which got to a winning streak after a narrow loss in their first game against a team that have been in a topsy turvy situation.

The Utom Boys have started well holding their own to make a statement that they will not be push overs in this abridged version of the league.

While for the Prosperity Boys it has been a not too good outing for a team that have been away from Nigeria's top flight football for seven years.

Form

Lobi Stars have two wins in three games with a loss while Bayelsa United have just a win with a draw and loss since the start of the league this January. Both teams' losses have come away from home.

Head to Head/Past Meetings

The two teams last met in the league in 2015 and it has been Bayelsa United having the edge in the few matches played between the years 2013 and 2015.

Bayelsa United have won three matches (one in 2015, and two in 2013) as against Lobi Stars' two wins while a match ended in a draw.

Key Players

Lobi Stars welcome experience player, Christian Madu back training this week and he should be playing his first league game for the home team since joining at the summer from Rangers International of Enugu.

Meanwhile, three different players have scored for Lobi Stars this season; Abbar Umar, Atule Joseph and Kumanga Suur, but Joseph who has an assist and a proven goal scorer while playing for Nasarawa United  is one man that Bayelsa United should dread.

For Bayelsa United, second top scorer on the league, Robert Mizo is one to watch in attack in this mouthwatering clash. He has three goals (2 with his head and one with his foot) to his account and scoring again to give his side victory will be his priority on Sunday.

Expectation

The match will be a cagey affair that will likely end in a draw.
