Rangers  manager, Fidelis Ilechukwu has warned that Sunday's Nigerian Professional Football League (NPFL) match against Remo Stars will be a daunting task, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports

The reigning champions travel to the Ikenne, seeking a positive result in the matchday 4 fixture.

With both teams eliminated from continental competitions, focus shifts to the domestic title chase.

Rangers aim to solidify their title defense, while Remo Stars pursue their maiden NPFL crown.

"Remo Stars is currently the best side in the league with so much energy and quality," Ilechukwu acknowledged.

"It's going to be a difficult match, but we're always positive about what we can achieve."

Ilechukwu hopes to build on Rangers' recent success against Ikorodu City.
