There was nothing to choose between Gombe United and Remo Stars when the two sides played at the Pantami Stadium, Gombe on Tuesday in the Nigeria Premier Football League, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

The NPFL matchday 28 encounter played behind closed doors ended with strugglers, Savannah Scorpions being held by the Sky Blue Stars goalless after regulation time.

It could have been a game to take for the visitors who were more expressive in their approach to win the game.

There were chances for Adams Olamilekan, Osayi Martins and Adedayo Olamilekan, but the Ikenne based side could not make these chances count.

The result takes Remo Stars to third with 46 points while Gombe United stay bottom with 22 points.
