Doma United's win against group B leaders, Lobi Stars was the highlight of the match day 10 fixtures in the Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL on Sunday, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

The Savannah Tigers defeated the Makurdi based side by two goals to nil at the Pantami Stadium.

After a goalless affair in the second half, Daniel Barnabas struck a low shot through the keeper's hand to give the Host the lead in the 51st minute.

The Tigers doubled their lead which sealed the win, through Maurice Chigozie who scored from the penalty spot following a handball by Lobi Stars defender.

The win took Doma United to sixth on the group B log while Lobi Stars drop to second with same points as Rivers United, but adrift on goal difference.

In another group B clash, Abia Warriors almost ran away with a win at the Adokiye Amiesimaka Stadium, but for a late minute strike that saved the day for the reigning champions.

Nweke Kalu had put the Umuahia side in the lead three minutes into the second half, but Maurice Chukwu levelled score at the 90th minutes.

In group A, group leaders, Bendel Insurance and 8 times champions, Enyimba played a one draw in a pulsating encounter.

Chukwuemeka Obioma had put the Host ahead in the 44th minute from the penalty spot, but Imade Osarenkhoe's free kick in the 80th minute ensured the Edo Arsenal's unbeaten run is intact.

Two penalties in the second half from Godwin Obaje in the 48th minutes and Chidera Eze in the 86th minutes ensured a sweet comeback 2-1 win for Enugu Rangers against Bayelsa United after Alex Oyowah had put the visitors ahead in the 34th minutes.

In Uyo, two quick goals from Ubong Friday and Taye Muritala in the 53rd and 55th minute sealed a 2-0 win for Akwa United against Shooting Stars Sports Club.

The win took the Promise Keepers to the second spot of the group A standings while 3SC are 8th on the log.
