Conference A league leaders, Madiba FC continued to consolidate their place at the top with a vital away win against Ekiti United in their match day 12 fixture in the Nigeria National League on Sunday, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

The Oshodi Boys defeated Ekiti United 2-0 courtesy of second half goals from Egbonwon Harrison and Dada Oladimeji at the Akure Township Stadium.

There was nothing to choose between the two sides after 45 minutes and extra time of play.

The goala came in the second phase of the game the visiting increase their dominance on the home side.

Egbonwon broke the deadlock on 72 minutes setting the tone for a victorious day for the Lagos based side.

Dada sealed the win with his 8 of the season and Madiba's second on 85 minutes as the Oshodi Boys won 2-0 at the final whistle.

The win keeps Madiba FC top on the log of the Conference A with 28 points, 7 points better than second place Dakkada FC.
