NLO Playoff: changes in match venues due to security concerns
The management of the Nationwide League One, NLO has moved match venues for the second promotional playoff games following security concerns, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

"In view of the upcoming 2024 promotion match scheduled for 9th and 10th of June 2024, we are sorry to inform you of some changes in the venues earlier communicated to you and your clubs, this is due to situation report within the community and to forestall breakdown of law and order which will eventually save life and properties." The statement said.
In an update given by the league body, the Northern Conference play-off matches which were to be played in Bauchi have been cancelled and moved to Abuja.
Hence, the ties between Basira FC vs Family Worship FC and Yoca Crocodile vs Barau FC have been moved to Jos and Abuja respectively.
While Police Barretta Vs JNR Danburam which was initially on 10th June at FIFA Goal Project, Abuja will now hold on 9th June.
"The Nationwide League One regrets any inconvenience these changes might cause your team, it's in the interest of the beautiful game of football and to protect the football clubs involved from danger."
